Attached below is an application for Electric, Water and Sewer utilities.

Please return to us the following:

-completed application

-copy of your driver’s license

-IF RENTING: copy of your lease

- $300 deposit

Also attached is a list of phone numbers you may need along with a couple of options for payments. Bills are due on the 15th of each month. There is a 10% penalty if late. The deposit we will hold until you leave Chatham. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
