New Rental Customers - Including ALL Mobile Homes:

Attached below is an application for Electric, Water and Sewer utilities.

Please return to us the following:

-completed application (this MUST HAVE a property owners signature on the application).  Service WILL NOT be put in a rentor's name without a signed copy by the property owner.

-copy of your driver’s license

-copy of your lease agreement (this MUST be signed by the property owner). The owner has access to our utility application and can provide you with a signed copy at anytime.  

- $300 deposit

Also attached is a list of phone numbers you may need along with a couple of options for payments. Bills are due on the 15th of each month. There is a 10% penalty if late. The deposit we will hold until you leave Chatham. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
